Today is the last day of March. It’s cold, gray, rainy. Has been all week. (Hell, all month!) It’s a Friday, I’m a little fried and grouchy and just so. over. this. weather.
Then this shows up in my inbox, from someone I don’t know:
I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy anything you write about and your many creative and delicious recipes. The Enquirer Food Page rises several notches when you have a contribution. The Edible Ohio Valley publication is a prize. The recipe for Rosemary Cashews, which was in the Enquirer November of 2016 I believe, is now a family favorite which I make regularly to have on hand.
