Organic Gardening

I especially love telling local food stories to a national audience. For Organic Gardening’s holiday/winter 2014–2015 issue, I wrote a profile of Cincinnati chocolatier and yogi Shalini Latour. Shalini and I collaborated to develop and test 4 original holiday candy recipes for the magazine: Old-Fashioned Buttercream Mints, Almond-Rosemary Brittle, Fresh Mint Chocolate Truffles and Raspberry Marshmallows.
