The Collaboration
This editorial project for EatingWell was an extra fun collaboration, because I worked with my brother, Bill Millholland (a talented chef, recipe developer and professional food photographer) to create a series of recipes that highlight artisanal vinegar. The accompanying article profiles MadHouse Vinegar, a Cincinnati-area craft vinegar maker that recycles liquid leftover from the beer-making process, unsold wine, and other “unwanted” ingredients into small-batch vinegars of exceptional quality.
